Why these are studied together

This stack groups three peptides whose research profiles touch different stages of tissue renewal. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for fibroblast activity, collagen and structural protein synthesis, and topical anti-wrinkle and skin aging applications. BPC-157 has been investigated for VEGF-associated angiogenic signaling and wound healing, pathways relevant to the microvasculature that supports repair. TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment, is studied for actin binding and the migration of repair-associated cells. Together they span dermal remodeling, vascular support, and cell recruitment. Evidence is largely preclinical, and human safety data are limited for all three compounds.
