Shipping Policy

How and when orders ship, and what happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days.
Delivery
Domestic delivery typically takes two to five business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created. We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $120. Below that, the carrier rate is shown at checkout before you place the order. Temperature-controlled packaging is included where the product requires it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace or refund the item.
