Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons opened vials and nasal sprays cannot be returned. If a clinician determines a protocol is not appropriate for you, we refund in full.

Every order is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it ships. After checkout you will receive a link to complete a short intake. Once approved, the screening remains valid for twelve months and applies to any subsequent orders in that window.

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory using high-performance liquid chromatography for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The certificate of analysis is matched to the batch number printed on the vial.

Store unreconstituted vials refrigerated and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the window noted on the product insert. Nasal sprays follow the storage instructions on the label.
