KLOW (TB-500 + BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + KPV)
Also known as TB-500 + BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + KPV, KLOW Blend
Last reviewed September 26, 2026
KLOW combines four compounds studied across repair and renewal: TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and KPV. The inclusion of GHK-Cu gives it a foot in both the Foundation and Longevity families.
Mechanism of action
Each component is studied for a different step, cytoskeletal regulation, angiogenic and epithelial signaling, copper-dependent remodeling, and inflammatory balance.
- Layered MechanismsFour compounds studied for distinct but adjacent pathways across tissue repair, remodeling, and inflammatory tone.
- Crossover ProfileThe GHK-Cu component is studied for skin and connective-tissue renewal, which is why this sits across two families.
- Route studied
- Subcutaneous
- Research status
- Preclinical
The four-compound KLOW blend has not been evaluated as a combination, and research on its components comes mainly from animal and cell studies, with only small, limited human reports for BPC-157.
What the research covers
What research examines
- Musculoskeletal soft tissue healing in animal models (BPC-157)
- Wound healing and epithelial repair (BPC-157)
- Skin and connective-tissue renewal (GHK-Cu)
- Gene expression linked to regenerative and protective actions (GHK-Cu)
- Cytoskeletal regulation in tissue repair (TB-500)
- Inflammatory balance (KPV)
Reported effects in studies
- Human safety data for the combined blend are limited
- Adverse events for the four-compound combination have not been characterized in published studies
- Recent narrative review literature has raised open questions about the risk-benefit profile of BPC-157
- Human evidence for BPC-157 is limited to small reports, so safety conclusions remain preliminary
What research protocols have used
Research protocols have used 2–4 mg per administration, once daily (morning, fasted), in 8-week blocks with 4 weeks off.

Questions about KLOW (TB-500 + BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + KPV)
KLOW is a research blend that combines four compounds in one vial: TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and KPV. Each component has been studied in its own right across tissue repair, remodeling, and inflammatory signaling. Because GHK-Cu is also studied for skin and connective-tissue renewal, the blend is grouped in both the Foundation and Longevity families. The combination itself has not been studied as a single formulation in published research.
Each compound is studied for a different step in repair. TB-500 is associated with cytoskeletal regulation, BPC-157 with angiogenic and epithelial signaling, GHK-Cu with copper-dependent tissue remodeling, and KPV with inflammatory balance. The rationale for the blend is that these distinct but adjacent pathways may be relevant to tissue repair together. Whether combining them produces additive or different effects has not been established experimentally.
BPC-157 has been reviewed for musculoskeletal soft tissue healing, wound healing, and emerging orthopaedic sports medicine applications, largely based on animal work. GHK-Cu has been studied for regenerative and protective actions, including gene expression data, anti-aging research, and topical anti-wrinkle applications. TB-500 and KPV are studied for cytoskeletal regulation and inflammatory balance, respectively. Published research on the four-compound blend as a combination is not available.
Human safety data for the KLOW blend are limited, and adverse events for the combined formulation have not been characterized in published studies. Evidence for BPC-157 in humans consists of small reports, and recent narrative review literature has questioned whether its regenerative potential is balanced by adequately understood risks. Safety conclusions for each component, and especially for their combination, should be regarded as preliminary.
Research protocols have used 2–4 mg per administration, once daily in the morning in a fasted state, in 8-week blocks followed by 4 weeks off, delivered by the subcutaneous route. These figures describe what protocols have used rather than an established or validated dose, as the blend has not been evaluated in controlled studies. Each CoreX order ships with a protocol guide for laboratory reference.
