Shipping & Refunds Policy

How and when orders ship, and what happens if something needs to come back.
Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days.
Delivery
Domestic delivery typically takes two to five business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping cost
A flat rate applies to every order and is shown at checkout before you place it. Temperature-controlled packaging is included where the product requires it.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons opened vials and nasal sprays cannot be accepted.
Screening refunds
Unopened vials returned within 30 days are refunded in full, including any consultation fee.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace or refund the item.
